The Apartment & Neighborhood:

This spacious studio is located on the second floor of our four-unit brownstone (no elevator). It has wonderful old-world character paired with new, comfortable furnishings. The space includes a new queen bed, a loveseat, a standing desk with chair, and a separate kitchen with table and chairs. We will be hanging additional artwork this coming week (work is returning from an exhibition).

The location is one of the most convenient in the city — a two-minute walk to Atlantic Ave–Barclays Center, with access to nearly every major subway line (2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, W), as well as the LIRR. BAM is a five-minute walk, and we’re right around the corner from everything 5th Avenue has to offer, as well as Whole Foods, Target, etc.

Our other tenants have all lived in the building for many years — it’s a great community of artistic folks who are respectful and look out for one another. We're looking for a submitter who will reflect this building culture.

This studio is ideal for one person (or a couple comfortable in a studio). Utilities and WiFi included.
