My cozy, comfortable one story home has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, living room and one bathroom. There are wooden floors throughout except for marmoleum in the kitchen. Light flows in through the living spaces in the morning and afternoon. One bedroom serves as an office and media room with a very comfortable pull out sofa. Ideally the house is best for a single person or couple.
The eat in kitchen has French doors that lead to a lovely deck which looks out on the garden and prominent palm tree.
The house is neat and clean and is furnished with an artistic flair.
The bathroom is newly renovated with a walk in shower and heated towel rack. The kitchen was renovated 12 years ago and has custom cabinets, dishwasher and is well equipped.
The living room has a gas fireplace which provides a cozy space to hang out.
There is a driveway next to the house and public transportation is only a few blocks away. There are many restaurants and a smaller Target just 2 blocks away. Downtown Berkeley is a 15 min walk.
