The Terracotta tile floors keep the space temperate, but there is central air+ heat.
There is off-street parking in the back of the building.
A private patio is located off of the kitchen.

The bedroom is spacious, and the furnishing give a cozy + artistic vibe. This home is maintained with love.

(she/her) I am an artist and in the healing arts. This building is filled with friends of mine, so there is a convivial yet mutual respectful quality to living here. I am hoping to find the right fit for them while I travel to Nebraska to help my parents transition into independent living.

I create in my home, I love my home... I am hoping to find someone who will appreciate the care + warmth that has been created here.

The landlords (my friends) live upstairs, however I will be your main point of contact. But so you know support is on site to get you settled and through out your stay.
