I (she/her) am the building owner, and more than one unit in this building was my home at various times over the decade+ in NYC. The other units have been, and in some cases still are, rented to friends. I have been living on the West Coast for the past two years, so a local building manager named Liam helps me with short-notice onsite issues and responds to day-to-day concerns.
