I am a 37 year-old freelance photographer based in Seattle, looking to work part of the year (3-6 months) in new places—this year in LA.

I’m subleasing my peaceful, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in a small 8-unit building located in one of Seattle’s most desirable and central areas—just minutes from Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, Fremont, and Queen Anne.

The apartment feels more like a cottage than a typical apartment. It’s an older building with lots of character, private front and back entrances, and access to a beautiful shared courtyard behind the building. The space is quiet and calm, yet surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods and just a few blocks from Lake Union, where you can hear the gentle hum of seaplanes coming and going.
