It's a cute room with a large bed and a large window on a garden view, in a two bedroom railroad apartment with two separate entrances and a full equipped kitchen, located in Huron street, two blocks from the East river ferry, one block from Greenpoint avenue stop (G train) and a short bus ride or walk to Bedford av (L train, Williamsburg) and the 7 train (Vernon bvd via Pulaski bridge). My music studio is adjacent to the kitchen so not ideal for WFH or who doesn't like music but it's not loud and the appartment is still pretty quiet. I'm living in the other room.

The neighbourhood is fabulous, full of awesome stores, and chill at the same time. Working musician, I am looking to share my space with an open minded, clean and responsible working person. Easy access to the kitchen and the bathroom, ideal for short to mid term rentals (with possibility of extension).

Greenpoint is the coolest neighbourhood in Brooklyn! And once you've experienced it, you're hooked... It's cool, quiet and full of life at the same time, lots of groceries, markets and nice people. Don't miss the amazing Transmitter park at the end of Greenpoint avenue with view on Manhattan, especially amazing by night with all the lights...The G train is one block from the apartment and the East river ferry too! The L train and the 7 train are about 20-25 minutes walk. It's honestly incredibly beautiful to be near the waterfront, especially in the Spring!

French algerian songwriter and Greenpointer, I can tell you'll find anything you need in this neighbourhood, from great yoga studios to cosy restaurant, a bunch of coffee shops - odd fox, early, radio bakery - polish concert halls - warsaw - nightclubs, awesome places to run and exercise - tons of parks: Mac carren park, Transmitter park, Newborn barge park - cool bars - Troost, etc - and people pretty much anywhere... the 'word' library face to the greenpoint park for kids, and organic groceries in Manhattan avenue !
