Hi! We are renting out our 2br garden-level apartment in Ridgewood, Queens. It has an open layout and a back room that could be used a bedroom or office. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is no laundry on premise, but a great laundromat less than a block away.

The apartment is located in a townhouse on a quiet, residential street that's walking distance to both the Forest M and Halsey L trains. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants in walking distance too. We're flexible in terms of start date, 10/1 or 10/15

We're looking for a renter who's quiet, clean and responsible. Our preference is an individual tenant.
