Stay cool during your stay in NYC this summer in our beautiful, sunlit one bedroom apartment, centrally located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city: Gramercy Park!

Our place is just one block north of the park in an elevator building, with a dim sum spot, historic bar, and bodega just downstairs. Inside, enjoy use of central AC, dishwasher, washer & dryer, balcony, stocked Nespresso machine, Samsung Frame TV, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and more. Building entrance is through the Butterfly app, and we will leave you with a physical set of keys for the unit.

Our 8th floor balcony, which doesn't back up to the street (see photos!) is the perfect, serene place to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, with gorgeous views of classic NYC architecture.

We are pricing this fairly low despite the season as you would be expected to feed our sweet kitty, Butter, during your stay, and to keep our couple of plants watered. If you're able to stay the full amount of time we are also happy to chat about lowering the rate even further. Needless to say, this listing is not for those allergic to cats and/or not able to feed her! She is super low maintenance and very friendly, and we will have an auto feeder on for her dry food during the day. Just need to give her a bit of wet food at night and morning :)
