Freshly renovated, our guesthouse features a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and a full size bathroom, with an extra large mirror and luxury rain shower. The second bedroom has a TV and two chairs, and is ideal for storage/office. The entire home is wheelchair accessible. Each room has a mini-split with heating and AC capacity.

Conveniently located, the neighborhood is a quiet suburb of LA, with downtown 20 minutes away and central LA 30-40 minutes.

You would be living in a detached, fully private guesthouse in our backyard. My husband and I live on the property in the primary home and are there to answer any questions you might have during your stay. Our lot is large, nearly 14,000 square feet - but don't worry, it feels nice and spacious despite two properties being on our land!

Wifi and Utilities are included in the monthly rental price, parking is available in our driveway, and there is a communal laundry machine for us and your use.

No pets, 2 person maximum.
