About This Lister

I'm a documentary filmmaker and production designer. I have a hobby of restoring used furniture, the built-in bookcase in our house I built! My husband is a professor/legal scholar who has inherited many beat-era oil paintings from the artists in his family. If I had my way this space would look like a victorian bordello, and if he had his it would look like don draper's mid century office, therein lies the tension.

We wanted to honor the bones of this space, it's modernity and airiness, while adding our own elements of coziness, culture, and play. This is a home we both feel creatively invigorated by and restful in. We hope to find someone(s) who will enjoy what this space has to offer!
