The private apartment occupies the lower floors of a landmark 1899 townhouse part of the Clinton Hill Historic District, offering quintessential Brooklyn pre-war charm.
The standout feature is the private garden: a lush outdoor retreat complete with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a koi pond. It's the kind of backyard that's genuinely rare in Brooklyn.
Set up as a one bedroom best suited for 1-2 adults with room for a young child if needed. The space can also accommodate a second bedroom in the finished and well-decorated basement upon request.

Available June 12 to July 14, with the exception of June 29 to July 4. The nightly rate is $250, with a discounted weekly rate of $1,500 for stays of 7 nights or more. Longer stays are welcome and will be given priority.
*The Layout*
You enter on the garden floor which includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, high-end espresso maker, and all the flatware and cookware you could need. The dining room comfortably seats 6 and includes a dedicated workstation with an external monitor and a Herman Miller office chair. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also on this floor, along with direct access to the garden.
The parlor level, one level up, features a bright living room with a powerful AC unit, Apple TV, and the primary bedroom: a queen-size bed, clothing storage, and a high-velocity fan, with heavy curtains separating the bedroom from the living area for added privacy.
The cozy basement serves as a workspace with a standing desk, external monitor, and Herman Miller Aeron chair. Upon request, we can set up a double bed to convert the basement into a second bedroom. Worth noting: the basement is open-plan with no door separating it from the upstairs, so it works best for those comfortable with an open layout. You'll also find the washer and dryer down here, along with a selection of musical instruments available for those who know how to use them.
*Transit & Getting Around*
3-minute walk to the C train at Clinton-Washington Avenues, 10 minutes to the G train at Classon Avenue, and a 20-minute walk to the delightful Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park. Fort Green Park includes a Saturday Farmer’s marking and occasional movie screenings!
*The Neighborhood*
Within a 5-minute walk you'll find some of the best spots Clinton Hill has to offer: Otway, Sisters, Place des Fêtes, Aita, Smør, Impasto, and The Fly. Fulton Street adds even more options for shopping, coffee, grocery stores, and everyday errands.
