The apartment is a one-bedroom on the garden level of a brownstone on charming Decatur St. House design is modern with warm vintage details including claw-foot tub, vintage farm sink and venetian plaster details.

You will also have access to our private paradise garden.

We are in the historic district of Bed Stuy, where there are numerous coffee shops, delicious restaurants and even a fabulous jazz cafe within a few blocks of the apartment.
