Laundry on site and package room. There is a large courtyard with a pond and an outdoor grilling area. There is a gym one floor below the unit.

Georgetown is a quiet, walkable neighborhood that is a pedestrian's paradise. I'm five minutes or less from three parks, a 15 minute walk to Dupont Circle Metro, 20 minutes from Foggy Bottom/GWU, and 12 minutes from Trader Joes. I'm also a 5-6 minute walk from M street which offers numerous restaurants and shopping options. On my block there is a small grocery store that has everything you need, a dry cleaner, a French bistro, a wine/liquor store, and a deli.

The building has some stairs leading up to both entrances, but there is an elevator once you're inside.

I am seeking a responsible, tidy tenant to take care of my beautifully furnished space (including original art work and plants!) while I'm away for a few months.
