Georgetown is a quiet, walkable neighborhood that is a pedestrian's paradise. I am five minutes or less from three parks, a 15 minute walk to Dupont Circle Metro, 20 minutes from Foggy Bottom/GWU, and 12 minutes from Trader Joes. I'm also a 5-6 minute walk from M street which offers loads of restaurants and shopping. On my block there is a small grocery store that has everything you need one block away, a dry cleaner, a French bistro, a wine/liquor store, and a deli.

I am seeking a responsible tenant to take care of my beautifully furnished space (including original art work and plants!) while I'm away for a few months and possibly longer.
