My husband and I are looking to sublet the front room of our beautiful 1930s apartment in Los Feliz for any duration over the holidays. We’re right on the edge of Silver Lake in a charming, walkable neighborhood close to Hillhurst, Hyperion, and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. Griffith Park is also just a short walk away.

The room is large (13×13 ft), fully furnished, and features a private ensuite bathroom and a built-in closet. It’s separated from our bedroom by an office and sits near the main entrance—while we primarily use the back entrance—so the space feels very private.

The apartment is bright and airy with great natural light, a thoughtful layout, generous shared spaces, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. On-site parking is available as well.

We’re a gay couple (mid-30s & early 40s), both educated, respectful, and easygoing. We love a clean, relaxed, comfortable home environment and are looking for someone who values the same.

We both have creative jobs and work mostly from home although we are out of the house often. We cook a lot at home and occasionally have friends over for dinner.
