I am looking to sublease my Hells Kitchen apartment for April - May. It’s a charming 1 bdrm with elevator and laundry in the basement. 2nd floor. Apartment and building are well kept and renovated.

Located in the middle of 54th street, which is rather quiet. Between 9th and 10th Ave which are not quiet, haha.
Tons of amazing restaurants, shops, and bars (lots of gay ones). Central to anywhere on the westside, closest to the A,C,E & 1 lines.

It’s a furnished 1 bedroom, probably 650-700 sq feet. I designed it with the intention of creating a beautiful space
peaceful place that feels good and like home. Mid century modern meets european/california vibes.

Spacious living room facing south, gets a lot of sunlight, a galley kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with a tub. Smaller bedroom but fits a queen bed and friends say they haven’t had a great nights’ sleep like that in ages.

Looking to sublet to someone who will respect the space and everything in it, someone responsible and clean.
