This lovely house is nestled on a hilltop in the trees providing peace and privacy, yet it's within minutes of local beaches and the quaint villages of Huntington and Northport (read: plenty nearby with no shortgage of great dining, shopping, etc.!).

The home is fully updated with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Inside, you'll find stylish design with granite kitchen countertops, custom closets in both bedrooms, a whole-house water filtration system, brand new ductless split system for heating and cooling, brand new bathtubs, a built-in electric fireplace and laundry room.

Outside, you can enjoy the warmer seasons on the large, wraparound slate patio which includes outdoor furniture and a small fire pit. The property is fully fenced and there's dedicated off-street parking.

Of note:
-Owner pays utilities (if not used excessively/unreasonably by tenant) and basic monthly landscaping. Tenant is responsible for snow removal.
-Potential to be partially furnished - can be discussed!
-No smoking or loud parties, please. This is a quiet residential area with wonderful, respectful neighbors so we ask the same of our tenant!
-There are stairs to get from parking on street level to the house.
-One dog is allowed. Sorry, no cats.
