Hello! I am subletting my charming 1 bedroom in Gowanus in August! Dates are flexible to an extent.

Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3 floor building conveniently nestled in Gowanus next to so many amazing restaurants, shops, gyms, nature and convenient trains. It is in one of the most perfect locations in BK in my opinion!

One bedroom with queen sized bed. Fully stocked kitchen with dining table, and nature view of the shared backyard. Huge living room with desk and monitor, perfect if you WFH.

I am an artist and designer and have collected many unique furniture and decor pieces over the years so the apartment has some unique charm to it.

Sorry no pets… we have had issues with subletters in the past.

$1000 deposit plus 1 month's rent due in order to claim the spot. Please tell me about yourself in your inquiry. I will be face timing folks who are interested and can show the apartment in person in July.

Artist and Designer. I own a design company and often travel for work and artist residencies.

I have a service dog who does shed. Although I deep clean the apartment prior to rental, if you have severe allergies to dogs, this might not be the right fit.

I have a close relationship to my landlord who owns the building and have lived in this unit for 1.5 years. I am the point of contact for this sublet.
