My charming, sunlit apartment in a classic Haussmannian building will be available from Oct. 29 to Nov. 12 and from Dec. 17 to January 11 (flexible dates, just ask!).
Located in the 20th arrondissement (metro Gambetta), it’s surrounded by cafés, bakeries (one right in the building!), parks, restaurant and shops.
It's a 4-room apartment, fully furnished with a comfortable living area (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and quiet bedroom with a double bed (very comfortable new mattress!), walk-in closet, and a small studio—great for work. It can comfortably accomodate up to 3 people.
It comes with all the Parisian charm—high ceilings, big sunny windows, hardwood floors, and a fireplace for that extra vibe. Dishwasher and washing machine are in the apartment. Clean and cozy! High-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.
Please note: it's a 5th floor walk up with no elevator.
