The apartment itself is a triple, with two roommates (W, 30s) who work 9-5 jobs. We have a spacious, plant-lined living room, as well as a separate dining room with original woodwork and tin ceilings. Our kitchen has shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. And there is one, newly renovated bathroom we share between the three of us.
