Furnished room in lower Washington Heights available for short-term rental, all utilities included. Light-filled garden-level space. Artfully decorated and neat large living room and dining area. Cat in the apartment. One bathroom, one kitchen. Shower, tub, reverse-osmosis filtered water. This is a TV-free space (an artist's apartment). No dishwasher or laundry, though coin laundry is available a few doors down (1 min walk). No super on-site. Compost and recycling in the apartment. Outdoor space included with the apartment.

You will be close to the 157th Street 1 train. Cross-streets are 160th and Riverside Drive. 30 minute train ride to midtown, 1 hour to Brooklyn.

I will be out of town, and would ask that you feed the cat while I am out! The price of the apartment (which would be all yours during those days) has been discounted to compensate you for the exchange. The original price for the full apartment for one week is $500.
