Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! My husband and I have called downtown Jersey City home for nearly 10 years — and honestly, we can’t imagine being anywhere else. We live in the duplex above with our two little ones, so this is very much an owner-occupied, family-loved home.

We bought this brownstone because we fell in love with the neighborhood — the tree-lined blocks, the tight-knit community, the fact that you can walk to a great cup of coffee and be in Manhattan in 20 minutes. We’ve spent the last year thoughtfully renovating the garden-level apartment and are so excited to share it with the right person or couple.

As locals, we’re always happy to share our favorite spots — the best Saturday morning route through Van Vorst Park, where to grab dinner on a Tuesday, the coffee shop that’ll become your regular. We want our tenant to feel like they’ve landed somewhere, not just somewhere to sleep.
