Our apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a small twin bed in the second bedroom / office. Our unit is in the rear of a four unit building, with a nice deck in front for lounging. Hardwood floors throughout. Private washer and dryer next to the deck.
Super tidy, sweet spot close to campus and right off College Avenue. Walking distance to the Berkeley Fire trails, Berkeley Bowl, Whole Foods, and tons of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and wine bars. Located on Hillegass & Ashby.
WiFi included, utilities usually cost around ~50 a month.

We are looking for someone quiet and tidy to sublet while we’re away for the summer. Couple or family with small child okay. If you can share a bit about what you’re looking for, length of stay, and any info about you - that would be great. We’re open to a week or a few weeks, a month, or the whole time. Sorry no pets!
