- Lots of great bars, cafes & restaurants nearby + galleries, bookstores, boutiques, gyms, Transmitter park, etc, but still quite calm, quiet & lovely

🚇 Transportation:
- G Train (Greenpoint Ave stop) 1 block away, very easy to get into Manhattan transferring at Court Sq (E,F,7) or Lorimer/Metropolitan (L), both 2 stations away
- 7 Train (Vernon Blvd-Jackson Ave Stop, 1 stop from Grand Central) is also easily accessible by bike or a short Uber trip

I love this apartment, and I'm looking for someone to enjoy it while I'm away for work--a respectful person who will keep it clean (shoes off at the door), water some low-maintenance plants (1x/week) and be a quiet, considerate neighbor who is mindful about noise. I'm not moving out so some of my stuff will be there, but a fairly large amount of space will be cleared out for your belongings (armoire, dresser, etc). Looking for Individuals ONLY. No parties, no pets. Unexpectedly have to leave on short notice, so rent has been lowered in hopes of finding a good, reliable person.
