📍 Location & Neighborhood:
- Location is wonderful, in prime Greenpoint
- Supermarket, deli, wine shop on the corner
- A block from the East River, great for walks/hanging out, multiple riverside spots with stunning views of the NYC skyline & sunsets
- Laundromat 1 min walk away
- Lots of great bars, cafes & restaurants nearby + galleries, bookstores, boutiques, gyms, Transmitter park, etc, but still quite calm, quiet & lovely

🚇 Transportation:
- G Train (Greenpoint Ave stop) 1 block away, very easy to get into Manhattan transferring at Court Sq (E,F,7) or Lorimer/Metropolitan (L), both 2 stations away
- 7 Train (Vernon Blvd-Jackson Ave Stop, 1 stop from Grand Central) is also easily accessible by bike or a short Uber trip
- Buses: B32 stop on the corner, B62 & B43 stops 1 block away
- Ferry: Greenpoint Stop 1 block away
- Citi Bike station 1 block away

Looking for respectful person who will keep it clean (shoes off at the door), water some low-maintenance plants (1x/week) and be a quiet, considerate neighbor who is mindful about noise.
