I’m subletting a small but very charming studio during my travels. Available at the start of August, with some flexibility on the end dates.
The apartment is bright, quiet, and perfect for the summer months. It’s a fourth-floor walk-up with a lovely, spacious balcony — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine — and gets fantastic light throughout the day.
There’s a separate, fully equipped kitchen area, hardwood floors, AC, Wi-Fi, and access to washer/dryer in the building. The space is compact but thoughtfully arranged, very clean, and move-in ready.
A few things in the apartment have been upgraded and modified, but the photos should still give a good sense of the space and its overall feel.
Location is close to some of the most charming parts of Crown heights and Bed-Stuy, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, and more; plus just a short bike ride away from the Prospect Park, the best green refuge in all of Brooklyn.
I’ve been living in this apartment for three years and love both the space and the neighborhood. While I’m away (dates are flexible), I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and friendly to take good care of it. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who can stay for a full month, but I’m also open to shorter-term stays.
This home has been a real joy to live in, and I hope to find someone who will appreciate and respect it as much as I do. I’d also be more than happy to share my favorite local spots so you can make the most of your time here!
A small, reasonable security deposit may be requested just to keep things simple and secure. It will, of course, be returned promptly at the end of your stay.
Feel free to reach out with any questions! I’d be happy to arrange a time to chat or meet over Zoom.
