Hi! I’m subletting my furnished studio for the spring semester while I’m abroad. The apartment is in a historic building near 79th & York and is especially quiet, as it faces the interior courtyard rather than the street. It's on the fourth floor, no elevator.

The space includes a main room with a closet, a full-size bed, a desk with an external monitor and office chair, A/C unit, a small couch, a café table with stools, and a bookshelf; a bathroom with a tub; and a separate kitchen, which is fully-stocked, including a gas stove, plenty of cupboard space, and a second closet. There are a few small plants that need watering (about every two weeks).

There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, as well as Carl Schurz Park and the East River walk -- perfect for jogging.

The building is friendly and very quiet, and I’m looking for a considerate, responsible subletter who fits that environment. No smoking, no parties, no pets!

I’ve put a lot of care into the apartment and hope to find someone who will treat it well while I’m away!
