This charming flat has lots of natural light, high ceilings, hardwood floors and tasteful decor on quiet street facing trees, in the heart of bustling Belleville. I love being next to Belleville park, in thriving neighborhood and only 15 minutes from center of Paris by metro. 2 subways minutes away and 3 buses. Great for vacation and for working folks with internet at 620mbps.

The apartment works best for one or two people. The convertible couch sleeps additional guests. The living / dining room and kitchen are one open space with big windows, lots of light, facing trees in a courtyard, which is unusual for Paris. The bedroom and bed are very comfortable, a large antique Spanish dresser, night table and large window with lots of light. The bathroom shower has great water pressure and there is a bathtub.
Front door is metal security door.

The apartment is on third floor walk up of quiet building. The neighborhood has everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars and great transportation. Parc des Buttes de Chaumont is 5 minutes away. Great food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays on Boulevard de Belleville.

I am renting it for the full 3 months or less, one month minimum.

I am a global citizen and have spent most of my life in New York City. I moved to Paris after the pandemic, but still work in NY and take care of my aging father in Brazil, so I am gone a lot. I am a self employed visual artist, who works in painting, drawing and film. I love beautiful things, but mostly I love peace, space and simplicity. I keep my living and work areas minimal but tasteful. I really like this apartment, which was originally modified by my cousin then passed on to me. The best part for me is the light and the small scale. It has a wonderful feel. I love the location because Belleville is diverse, young and vibrant and 15 minutes away from the center of Paris by metro.
