About This Lister

I'm a journalist with a love for interior design and collecting treasures from my travels—many of the rugs, artwork, and decor in the apartment reflect that. I'll be in France for an extended period and am looking for a subletter who will care for and appreciate this space as much as I have.

This is a sublet with permission from the landlord. I’m the primary tenant (not the owner) and will be subletting the apartment while I’m away.

I’m looking for someone responsible, communicative, clean, and respectful; someone who will take great care of the space and be mindful of the peaceful atmosphere in the building. This is not a party space. No loud music, no shoes inside, no smoking.

First month’s rent + security deposit due upfront to secure the sublet.

Two references + proof of income, interview and ID verification required.

A basic sublet agreement will be signed for everyone’s peace of mind.
