Come stay in our sun-filled, cozy stand-alone bungalow on a quiet street in Historic Highland Park.

Our space is fully furnished and is the front stand-alone house of a two unit property. Included is a private outdoor space, fire pit, garden beds, BBQ & more! Our little street is private, secure and filled with classic LA charm.

The interior space is about 750sq feet with a large living room, open kitchen stocked with amenities, big comfy couch, smart TV, king-sized bed, home gym, washer/dryer, and lots of storage.

A true chef's kitchen with everything you might need as we love to cook! (Microwave, Toaster Oven, Oven, Refrig, Freezer, KitchenAid Mixer, cast iron pans, etc).

Both bedrooms include a full closet with top storage. Other amenities include an adjustable WFH-set-up, full-sized mirror, organic cotton bedding, speaker system, & central ac/heating!

The house itself is nestled behind a large Queen of Sheba hedges that enclose the private outdoor space and bloom beautifully in the Spring. We have a picnic table, BBQ and firepit and often host BBQs in warmer weather.

We're very lucky to be in an extremely walkable part of the neighborhood, only 5 minutes from Figuera and about 15 minutes to York. Walking distance to Cookbook, Comet over Delphi, Go Get Em Tiger, Highland Park Bowl, Cuevita, and a ton of other coffee shops, art studios, restaurants, grocery stores.

We're less than 3 minutes away from easy public transit access. We have a driveway though we rarely have to use it as there is typically ample street parking.

My name is Jackie (she/her/hers), and I am a stand-up comedian born and raised in West LA. My partner, Rafe (he/him/his), is a farmer from Northern California and we have been together for many years and have been lucky enough to share this home together.

We are going to NYC for Jan-Jun 2026 so my partner Rafe can finish his studies at Columbia University and so I can struggle as a NYC comedian :)
