I'm renting out the Jr ADU that's attached to my house. It's located in the Windsor Hills/ View Park neighborhood that isn't very far from anywhere you're going in LA. My area and street are quiet, peaceful, and pretty with lots of families that live in the area.

This is a cozy furnished unit that has all you need for a short stay including: separate bathroom, fridge, kitchen, utensils, small dining table, and separate heating and air conditioning. Only thing it does NOT have is laundry. There is also a gate that gives an added layer of security. You will have a separate entrance with a smart lock.

There is plentiful parking on the street.

This space, although separate with a separate entrance, is attached to my house, so I'm looking for quiet and respectful individuals who are not noisy.
