Set with a private terrace, the apartment is super cosy and you'll love coming home here after being out exploring the city all day.
$175 a night during the holiday season for a price of $3,325 for the entire 19 night period from Tuesday, December 16th until Saturday, January 3rd. Price can be negotiated.
- One large bedroom with a queen size bed and one full bathroom available for your usage
- The apartment has two bedrooms/two bathrooms, however, we are only renting the first floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

- Fully equipped kitchen: gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher and large fridge

- One block away from A,C, B metro line and a couple of blocks for 1 local or 2/3 express metro lines

A quick phone call or video chat is required before confirming the reservation.
To secure the booking:
50% of the rental total due at the time of booking
Refundable security deposit of $1,000
Cleaning fee included within rental
Scan or photo of your current passport
Signed Guest Agreement
The remaining 50% of the rental total is due upon check-in. The security deposit will be returned after checkout, pending any damages or issues (I've returned it the day after for previous guests; luckily there's never been any issues).
