Two coffee shops within 1 block. Dudley Market, Rose Ave retail (7 min walk), Windward Circle retail (5 min walk), Abbot Kinney retail (5 min walk).

Comes with one tandem parking spot (you will coordinate with my very nice neighbor if necessary). It's a fantastic deal because I want to find a quiet, single occupant that will keep a low profile, water the plants once or twice and be extra kind to the space and neighbors!
