• Here’s a new review from recent resident Isabel Vazquez, singer/songwriter and lead of RAIN FROM HEAVEN: “My stay at 430 Simpson provided a tranquil and beautiful space for rest and creative productivity. The sunlit garden/patio and multiple-story indoor space allow for a wonderful balance of communal and private time. I also greatly appreciated the convenience of having the train and park/river only 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking to make a home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, that provides both immersion in nature and an easy commute to the city.”
