Cozy, quiet, and very clean it is on the second floor (1 flight of stairs) and faces the back of the building with access to a shared garden. The apartment is a nice oasis with a good 6ft long desk, high speed internet connection and new air conditioner. There is a small equipped kitchen, a shower stall bathroom, one walk in closet and several empty open shelves in a nook that is used in place of a dresser. It has a full size murphy bed with a new mattress.

I'm seeking a mature, discreet tenant. A commuter tenant would be ideal.

The neighborhood is quaint with lots of cafes and boutique shopping and tree-lined streets and the location is very close to most subway lines. (A, C, E, D, B, F, Q, L, M, 1, 2, 3)
