Everything needed for a dreamy Wellfleet Cape Cod getaway. Two idyllic ponds in walking distance, and the town of Wellfleet is a few minutes drive or bike ride. Ocean and Bay beaches minutes by car.

Main floor is a living room and open kitchen. Top floor is large loft-like bedroom. Second bedroom is on the bottom floor, along with a washer/dryer and entrance to patio. There are a few houses nearby, mostly not visible from the property. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. It's on the ocean side of Rt. 6 (but not on Rt. 6).
