I’m subletting my adorable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the West Village while I’m away traveling for work. I usually split my time between NYC and LA, but I won’t be able to return to New York between January and mid-March.

Located on a quiet street — Jones and West 4th — the apartment is just steps from amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, charming boutiques, and everything else that makes the West Village so special. It’s also incredibly convenient—only two blocks from both the W. 4th Street and Christopher Street subway stations—making it easy to get around the city.

It’s a third-floor walk-up (just two easy flights), filled with natural light and furnished with high-end, cozy pieces that make it feel like a true home. There’s a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and all the essentials you’ll need. I also work from home when I’m in town, so it’s a great setup for remote workers as well.

The sublet rate is inclusive of all utilities. There is a one-time $150 professional cleaning fee. While there’s no laundry in the building, there’s a fluff-and-fold service just half a block away with same-day turnaround.

Please note: no dogs allowed in the building.

I’m a mid-30s entertainment executive and business owner who splits time between New York and Los Angeles. I moved into my West Village apt last year, and it’s truly been a dream come true. I’m subletting while I’m away for work over the next couple of weeks, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and care for the space as much as I do.
