- Corner spot on the top/third floor with three south facing and two east facing windows, plus a skylight in the bathroom - great light!

- Rent includes all utilities including wifi

Looking for someone to take it for 3-6 months starting in January, and open to a 3 month minimum with an option for a month to month extension after that.
