Great view, exposed brick, hardwood floors, tons of natural light all day.
All utilities included, fast wifi.

Quiet block with a quintessential view/vibe New York, but peaceful and calm. Amazing neighborhood

Fairly minimalist, as I moved in recently:

Kitchen basics - everything you need.
Plenty of storage space for you

Towels and fresh linens

It is a 3 flight walk up, not accessible. Also a small step up into the bathroom (great bathroom).

Around the corner from Dimes Square, 5 minute walk to Seward Park and 10 minutes to Elizabeth Street Garden and Soho.

There's a laundromat around the corner, Asian grocers, plus a target above trader joe's < 10 minute walk. I'd even leave my fob for Vital Gym one block up from tj's. Next door is a cute dollar store and a Malaysian bakery. Tons of amazing food options, shopping, parks, bars, and street parties (not on this street though, its super quiet). All of downtown NYC is extremely walkable.
