It is a 3 flight walk up, not accessible. Also a small step up into the bathroom (great bathroom).

Around the corner from Chinatown, Nolita, LES. 5 minute walk to Seward Park and 10 minutes to Elizabeth Street Garden and Soho.

There's a laundromat around the corner, Asian grocers, plus a target above trader joe's < 10 minute walk. Manny Cantor Center (5 min walk) has a fantastic reasonably priced gym. Next door is a cute dollar store and a Malaysian bakery. Tons of amazing food options, shopping, parks, bars, and street parties (not on this street though, its super quiet). All of downtown NYC is extremely walkable.
