Apartments for Sublet
I’m traveling for holidays and looking to sublet my studio apartment. I really love this space and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and take care of it while I’m away.
Apartment features a wall of south-facing windows, lots of light, you can see sunsets from there, and honestly they are stunning.
Location: right next to the Vessel, Hudson Yards, and High Line Park
There’s a grocery store downstairs and Whole Foods a 5-7 min walking distance
About the place:
- Central AC/heating.
- Washer/Dryer in the apt.
- Elevator building
- Dishwasher, stove, and microwave in the kitchen. I don’t cook a lot, so please don’t expect too many kitchen appliances, though basic items are there.
- Queen-size bed with firm mattress
- As quiet as it can get in Manhattan - I’ve never heard my neighbors
- Please note that there’s no TV in my apartment
