We're looking for a respectful tenant, who is in search of a chill oasis in the center of the hustle & bustle. Someone who will be a conscientious subletter, as this is our home & we love our space dearly. Goes without saying, but no parties.
Ideally, we are looking to either rent out our apartment from July 25- August 2 and then again from August 12- September 2.
We will also consider the full period or very close to the full period from July 25 - September 2 for those looking for long stays. The exact start/end dates are flexible so let us know your timing!
We will ask that you sign a basic sublet agreement, as well as a deposit that you will have returned back to you after your stay.
