I'm a beauty industry professional in my mid-thirties, and I work remote so I am subletting so I can move to a warmer climate in the winter. I keep the apartment clean but I have a lot of decor "stuff"

I like to spend my time walking around the LES, trying new restaurants and bars, going to Pilates, and traveling when possible.

I would show you the space, and will be your point of contact. I'm friendly with multiple tenatns in the building, and have a good relationship with management.
