Not your usual sublet. I have an apartment in northern Manhattan and a house in New Haven, both fully furnished. I'm looking for someone who would like to spend a few months (dates flex) sharing both with me. Both have two bedrooms, so you'd have your own space, and depending on our schedules/proclivities, we probably wouldn't be on the same property all that often. Manhattan apt is in a pre-war building, large (2-bdrm, 6-rm) and convenient to both Columbia and the Upper West Side, plus easy to get out of town. The house in New Haven is two blocks from the water in a historic New Haven neighborhood, and a short Uber or walk from Amtrak or Metro North. Driveway has parking and EV charging. West Haven beaches and awesome New Haven pizza are a short bike ride away. Price includes all basic utilities both places. It'd be great for an academic that travels back and forth, or a creative who sometimes wants to get away and focus on a project. Timeframe is flexible: I'd like at least a month, but could go as far as May. (Photos are of apt. Happy to provide more/ones of CT!)
