The East Village location is ideal due to it's proximity to Astor Place, Soho, and the Lower East Side. The 2nd Ave F train stop is two blocks away, as is a Whole Foods grocery store, and the 6 train at Bleeker St is an 8 minute walk.

The layout of the apartment is classic NYC railroad style. There is no laundry in building. Currently the apartment contains personal belongings, but much of these will be moved to storage once a sublet is arranged. Please note that the apartment is not in pristine condition.
