Artist and entrepreneur from New York who has lived in this apartment for about 5 years. I love this apartment and it really is my refuge from the world. I've curated a calming environment to come home to at the end of the day. Great place to write, read, have coffee or wine, and unwind. I rent here, but neighbors are cool with sublets as long as it's a good vibe. Can show the space in person or on Facetime.

Looking for someone who wants the place for a minimum of 3 months, but up to 6 months or longer.
Rent would include all utilities - electric, water, gas, WiFi, trash.
Pets Policy
There are other dogs in the building so would be depending on a meet and greet and your dog or cat. Would probably take a deposit if you had a pet.
