Located in a quiet, family-oriented building with a weekday daytime doorman and modern electronic entry/intercom system. Laundry room in the building. Two massive TVs in living room and bedroom. Working desk with two 4k monitors in the guest bedroom. Bonus: Fully equipped for a young child or baby (we just had our first baby a few months ago).

This is our home in a building full of young families, so we’re looking for someone who will treat the space respectfully. Not a good fit for large gatherings or loud stays.

Rent is $8,600 but we will sublease for $7,000 to someone staying the full month or close to it.
