Hi! We are creative couple from Atlanta, GA looking for a furnished 1 bedroom sublet (entire place, not room) in or very near the Pasadena/Glendale (near Americana, not North Glendale) area. Pasadena is definitely the preference but we're open to other walkable areas in the NE such as Highland Park near York.

We are in LA for a few creative projects we're working on. Zsane' is an actress/writer/producer and Rayna is a music producer, and a former dental professional who loves to keep a very clean and hygenic space.

We are both really chill. We love plenty of light, preferably a patio and/or balcony and walkability is a must because Zsane does not know how to parallel park lol and she loves to be able to walk to cafes, stores, parks etc. She also catches the train so being near a train stop would be cool too.

We'd love to have a dishwasher, TV in the living room, comfortable queen/king size bed, Wifi, and central AC/heat.

We're comfortable with paying $2,300 a month for the right place. And if you want to check us out on IG, please feel free.

If we love the place and there's availability to stay past February, we are very open to that as well.

We are Zsane and Rayna. We love comedy, improv, music, and the outdoors. Our favorite thing to do right now is go to UCB for improv and grab ice cream at Van Leewuan right afterwards. Life is very much an adventure for us which is why we came to LA from Atlanta to work on our next creative projects here. A beautiful westcoast backdrop as we both finish up our music EP's and Zsane develops & produces her first film project.
