I'm subletting my 1br in Bedstuy while I'm traveling in January. Clean and cozy vibes in a beautiful and charming neighborhood. The apartment is on the second floor and features large south-facing windows, central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, audioengine speakers, record turntable, roku TV, and a very spacious kitchen by NYC standards. If you're planning to work during your visit, I have an adjustable standing desk and an ergonomic chair.

I'm looking for someone clean and responsible to sublet the place while I'm gone. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

The apartment is located off Bedford Ave on the border of Bedstuy and Clinton Hill, walking distance to both the A/C and G lines. Nearby restaurants and bars include: Playground coffee, Dynaco, Do-or-Dive, For all things good, Ursula, Bunny, Chilo's.
