Hi! I’m 27F and work in branding/communications. I’m looking for a 6-month place in Central or West LA from June through December. Open to shorter term (ie June-Sept, Sept-Dec)!

I travel frequently for work and am typically out of town about half the month + usually gone on weekends, so I’m very low wear-and-tear as a tenant. When I’m home, I keep things quiet, clean, and relaxed.

No pets, non-smoker, and very considerate of shared spaces if living with others. Budget is around $2,000/month for a solo space, or open to a lower cost if it’s a great roommate fit.

I’ll be moving in with my partner once leases align, so I’m looking for something comfortable and easy in the meantime.
